1 2 3 4 5 Ribs!
Why does it call 1 2 3 4 5? Well, it is because that is the proportion* of the ingredients of the sauce.
1 - Cooking Wine
2 - Vinegar
3 - Sugar
4 - Soy Sauce
5 - Water

* can be a cup, teaspoon, tablespoon...etc, depending on the quantity of the ribs
