Saturday

Worked Saturday....so another short weekend (1 day) for me : (

But Connie was working too and she gave me this very interesting looking instant coffee to try. Indeed the packaging for the coffee/milk/sugar is very space efficient (at the bottom of the cup). The coffee is quite good too, so thanks, Connie : )

Science vs. God

As a Christian, it is quite often that I overheard or even get involved in discussions of science versus faith. Not only is it a common topic but for many people, a contradiction. It was so refreshing to come across this CNN article that I would like to share with you all. Whether you are a believer or non-believer, I am sure this article will bring you some new insights, especially from a scholar and researcher with such credentials as Dr. Collins. Enjoy!

4 mirrors!!!!

photos: courtesy of motorsport.com

While checking out the pics of the F1 testing in Malaysia, came across this McLaren MP4/22, on the second day of testing, with Lewis Hamilton at the wheel. It has 4 mirrors!!!! Could it be that Lewis was having such a hard time seeing who was behind him during the Australian GP?

Well, my speculation is that McLaren is comparing the aerodynamic performance and rearward visibility of the 2 different placements of the mirrors. Guess McLaren is merging the designs of last year Ferrari 248F1 sidepod mounted mirrors and this year Renault R27 sidepod/winglet integrated mirrors (don't know the official names).
